Porvoon Kodit’s company structure will be clarified through mergers. The purpose of the arrangement is to simplify operations, improve administrative efficiency and support the development of services for residents. The merger will not affect residents’ everyday life. Lease agreements will remain unchanged, and residents do not need to take any action because of the change.

Kiinteistö Oy A-Lukaali Ab and Porvoon Vuokra-Asunnot Oy – Borgå Hyresbostäder Ab will merge into Porvoon A-Asunnot Oy – Borgå A-Bostäder Ab.

The merger will take effect on 1 August 2026. At the same time, the official name of Porvoon A-asunnot Oy will change to Porvoon Kodit Oy Borgå Hem Ab.

The aim of the change is to create a clearer and more unified organisation that supports smooth operations and the development of services also in the future.

What does this mean for you?

• All operations will continue as usual.
• Your lease agreement will remain unchanged.
• The payee name in online banking will change to Porvoon Kodit Oy Borgå Hem Ab. Otherwise, rent payments will continue with the same payment details.
