Porvoon Kodit offers more than just residential flats – we provide homes where everyday life runs smoothly and living feels truly personal. We are a rental housing company belonging to the City of Porvoo Group, and for 60 years we have been helping to build the lives of the people of Porvoo – safely, affordably, and with a human touch.
We have about 2,500 homes across Porvoo, and each year about 350 new opportunities arise to start a new chapter in life. Most of our homes are state-subsidised, reasonably priced rental flats, and when selecting tenants, we take into account the applicant’s urgency of need for housing, as well as their income and assets.
Living with Porvoon Kodit is easy and carefree. We take care of development, rentals, property management, and maintenance – but above all, we listen to our residents. Our mission is to make residential living smooth and pleasant.

Porvoon Kodit is a rental housing group owned by the City of Porvoo. Porvoon Kodit consists of the companies Porvoon A-asunnot Oy and Porvoon Vuokra-asunnot Oy. Porvoon A-asunnot includes the subsidiary Kiinteistö Oy A-Lukaali Ab.
Porvoon Kodit is the largest residential lessor in Porvoo, with about 2,500 rental homes throughout the city.
