Our sauna and lounge facilities offer a comfortable, well-equipped setting for life’s special moments and various occasions. The spaces are ideal for hosting birthday parties, family gatherings, meetings, team-building days, and other events.
With modern, functional facilities, well-equipped kitchens, and inviting saunas, we ensure that any event runs smoothly and successfully. All rental spaces managed by Porvoon Kodit are open to everyone, so you do not need to be a resident to use them.

Vaskenvalajankadun sauna lounge

Our stylish sauna lounge on Vaskenvalajankatu is suitable for up to 16 people and includes a sitting area with sofas and lounge chairs, a table for six, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes. The interior is Scandinavian-fresh and the whole is suitable for private events, corporate events and small-scale parties. The sauna lounge is crowned by a spacious sauna and a roof terrace with a wonderful view over Porvoo. Please note that Vaskenvalajankatu is a completely smoke-free property.

Rental fee

  • Friday and Saturday from 17:00 to 01:00:
    450.00 € (incl. VAT 25.5%)

  • Weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
    150,00 € (incl. VAT 25.5%)

  • The renter is responsible for cleaning (we will invoice for neglecting cleaning 125,00 € (incl. VAT 25,5 %))

Aleksanterinkruunu sauna lounge

We rent our sauna facilities in the centre of Porvoo at Pormestarinkatu 14 (entrance from the courtyard side, stairwell B).
The facilities include two separate saunas, dressing rooms, and WC. One of the restrooms is accessible. The cabinet area features a large balcony and seating for about 20 people.
Rental days mainly Friday and Saturday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM. Other times can be arranged separately.

Rental fee

  • Friday and Saturday from 17:00 to 01:00:
    450.00 € (incl. VAT 25.5%)

  • Weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
    100,00 € + 25,00 € per sauna (incl. VAT 25.5%)

  • The renter is responsible for cleaning (we will invoice for neglecting cleaning 125,00 € (incl. VAT 25,5 %))

Suomentalo sauna

We rent our sauna facilities in the heart of Porvoo at Runeberginkatu 36 (entrance from the courtyard side, through the back door).
ental days: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (6:00 PM–10:00 PM, Saturdays 5:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Rental fee

  • 100,00 € (incl. VAT 25,5 %)

  • For the residents of the building 50 € (incl. VAT 25,5 %)

  • The renter is responsible for cleaning (we will invoice for neglecting cleaning 125,00 € (incl. VAT 25,5 %))
