Porvoon Kodit renewed its organisation at the turn of the year.

Teppo Riski has been appointed Director of Property Development. He is responsible for construction management, property development, new projects and major renovations.

Antti Väätäinen has been appointed Director of Property Services. He is responsible for property maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, outdoor areas, and the management of technical systems, consumption and conditions. Antti has also been invited to join the management team.

“Maintenance, cleaning and outdoor area management affect residents’ everyday lives every day. Maintenance staff also meet our residents on a daily basis. Antti will join the management team to strengthen this perspective in the company’s decision‑making.”
