Porvoon Kodit is much more than a rental housing company – we are a Porvoo-based community where homes are created and everyday life is cared for together. We employ around 30 real estate and maintenance professionals who work with dedication and expertise.
About half of our staff work in property maintenance, cleaning, and the care of yard areas – right where residents live their everyday lives. It is important to us that every employee feels part of a meaningful whole: we make living easier and more enjoyable.
