Porvoon Kodit’s 2026 resident satisfaction survey is carried out in cooperation with Finnish Affordable Housing Companies’ Federation (KOVA). KOVA surveys resident satisfaction every two years, and this year the survey is conducted by Taloustutkimus.

You can respond to the survey between 7 September and 11 October conveniently via the QR code on the noticeboard. Alternatively, you can also use the link you received by email. All responses will be handled in strict confidence, and individual respondents cannot be identified.

The survey asks residents about their satisfaction with, for example, their home, residential building, living environment, tenancy and services.

In addition, the survey also explores residents’ views on affordable housing and collects background information related to their personal finances. These responses are broken down by landlord.

The survey organiser, KOVA, will draw prizes among everyone who responds to the nationwide survey. Winners will be notified personally. Porvoon Kodit is not involved in the prize draw.
