Porvoon Kodit has made a decision to clarify and revise the house rules regarding grilling on balconies. The main reason for this change is fire safety and ensuring residential safety in all properties.

The updated house rules apply especially to grilling on balconies. Going forward, grilling on balconies will only be permitted with an electric grill. Gas grills may be used in the yard belonging to the apartment with special caution. Grills based on open flame, such as charcoal grills and disposable grills, are completely prohibited. Prohibited grills will be removed if found on the properties.

We ask all residents to carefully review the new house rules and to comply with them. The purpose of this change is to promote the safety and comfort of all residents. The new house rules will enter into force immediately. You can find the house rules here.
