The occupancy rate in our properties is very high, which supports the company’s good financial situation. Stable finances enable the planning and implementation of future renovations.

The city of Porvoo gives us the freedom to fulfill our mission and value our role as promoters of urban vitality, which is important as state-subsidized housing production declines.

In-house expertise and services

Our company has strong expertise in its own ranks. Maintenance and cleaning are taken care of by us, which increases flexibility, speeds up operations and improves quality. This is one of the reasons why our goal of being Finland’s best rental housing company by 2027 is achievable. When we have the services in our own hands, we can better ensure good customer experience and control costs than by outsourcing them.
