If you notice a fault in your home, submit a fault report using the electronic form below.
For urgent issues, such as water damage or any similar unexpected fault that endangers living conditions, residents must always immediately make a fault report by phone, regardless of the time of day! In the evenings and at weekends, contact the maintenance emergency number.
Fault reports sent via our website are processed on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00. For urgent maintenance issues, you must call the emergency number.

Residents are responsible for the maintenance of their own furniture and other consumable items in the flat. Porvoon Kodit maintenance takes care of repairs and maintenance of furniture and appliances that are permanently fixed to the flat. Our maintenance team provides help and services for residential living, and the prices for these separate services are listed below.
Maintenance On Call
Outside regular working hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, the on-call maintenance service is available.

Maintenance Work and Repairs
– Maintenance work: €50 / hour
– Specialized professional work: €60 / hour
– Apartment repairs, windows, etc.: as per invoice
– Machines, equipment, fittings: as per invoice

Appliance Installations and Connections
– Dishwasher installation incl. materials: €50
– Dishwasher pipe sealing: €35
– Washing machine connection with backflow protection: €50
Renovations and Fixtures
– New interior door: €100
– Lamps (incl. installation and materials): €50 / hour
– Electrical supplies (sockets, ceiling boxes, switches, etc.): as per invoice
Keys and Locks
– Abloy key: €15 / piece
– Parking space key: €15 / piece
– Sento/Exec key: €40 / piece
– iLoq key: €50 / piece
– iLoq rekeying work: €100 / piece
– Lock rekeying: as per invoice
– Door opening fee according to maintenance company’s charge (Porvoon Kodit 7:00–15:30 €25 / otherwise €55)
Cleaning and Special Tasks
– Cleaning: as per invoice
– Apartment ozone treatment: €250 / time
– Damages caused by resident: as per invoice
Sauna Fees
– Sauna slot 1 time/week: €10 / month
– Extra slot on sauna day: €10 / hour
– Additional sauna slot (not on sauna day): €20 / hour, extra hours €10 each
On Call Visits and Other Billable Tasks
– Night emergency fee by property manager (charged to the person causing disturbance): €50 + on-call surcharge
– On-call surcharge: weekdays 100%, Saturday 150%, Sunday and public holiday 200%
– Flagging for celebrations/funerals: €50
Payment reminder: €5 / time
Court fee: as per invoice
