Fault Reports
You can submit fault reports and maintenance requests electronically at any time of day via the electronic form on the Porvoon Kodit website.
The fault report phone line (019) 521 3600 is open on weekdays from 08:00–11:00 and 12:00–15:00 (on Wednesdays from 08:00–11:00 and 13:00–15:00).
Emergency Service 24/7
For urgent matters, such as water damage or other situations threatening your home or property, or for door openings, please contact the maintenance emergency service.
You will find your building’s maintenance emergency number on the notice board in your stairwell and below.
Calls to customer service are recorded to improve quality and ensure service. The cost of calling us is the mobile or local network fee determined by your operator.

Our customer service phone line (019) 521 3600 is open on weekdays from 12:00–15:00 (on Wednesdays from 13:00–15:00),
during which time you can contact us regarding, for example, parking space and sauna reservations, rent payments,
or matters concerning renting or ending a tenancy.
Exceptions to opening hours
Our customer service in person will exceptionally be closed on 24 November, the phone line will be operating normally.
Maintenance On Call
Outside regular working hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, the on-call maintenance service is available.
