Aleksanterinkruunu at Pormestarinkatu 14 is a block of flats intended for students in Porvoo’s Näsi area, located in immediate proximity to services. The building contains 119 flats, most of which are studios.
On the ground floor, there are also eight commercial premises, and in the basement, there are hobby rooms. The sports facilities are managed by the City of Porvoo.
On the top floor, there is a cabinet and sauna facility, which can be rented by both residents and external parties. More information about the order sauna and cabinet can be found on their dedicated page.

Common areas
Resident sauna
The resident sauna is located on the 7th floor, accessible by lift from stairwell B. The monthly fee for the weekly resident sauna slot is €10. At Pormestarinkatu 14, there is also a separate sauna and cabinet facility for rent. If you wish to make a reservation, please contact our customer service.
Laundry rooms
The building has two laundry rooms, accessible from stairwells A and B. Both laundry rooms are equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers and a separate drying room. The use of the laundry room is free of charge for the building’s residents. The laundry room’s reservation list and usage rules can be found in the laundry room.
Storage
On the ground floor (entrance via stairwell B), there is a spacious storage room for outdoor equipment. In the building’s basement, in stairwell B, there are storage units for personal belongings. You can obtain access to a mesh storage unit by contacting Porvoon Kodit’s customer service. Activating the mesh storage unit incurs a key deposit fee of €50.
Waste management
The building’s waste collection point is located in the inner courtyard. The collection point has bins for mixed waste, bio-waste, cardboard, paper, metal, glass and plastic waste. Sorting instructions can be found on the Rosk n’ Roll website.
Parking
There are paid resident parking spaces with heating poles in the building’s courtyard. A separate motorcycle parking area is located in the courtyard next to the waste collection point. To inquire about an available car parking space, please contact Porvoon Kodit’s customer service.
