The merger will not affect residents\u2019 everyday life. Lease agreements will remain unchanged, and residents do not need to take any action because of the change.<br><br><strong>Kiinteist\u00f6 Oy A-Lukaali Ab<\/strong> and <strong>Porvoon Vuokra-Asunnot Oy &#8211; Borg\u00e5 Hyresbost\u00e4der Ab <\/strong>will merge into <strong>Porvoon A-Asunnot Oy &#8211; Borg\u00e5 A-Bost\u00e4der Ab<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The merger will take effect on 1 August 2026. At the same time, the official name of <strong>Porvoon A-asunnot Oy<\/strong> will change to <strong>Porvoon Kodit Oy Borg\u00e5 Hem Ab<\/strong>.<br><br>The aim of the change is to create a clearer and more unified organisation that supports smooth operations and the development of services also in the future.<br><br><strong>What does this mean for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>All operations will continue as usual.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Your lease agreement will remain unchanged<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The payee name in online banking will change to Porvoon Kodit Oy Borg\u00e5 Hem Ab. Otherwise, rent payments will continue with the same payment details.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The change will not affect your housing or everyday services.
