The internal transfer application is valid for six months. Most of these are reasonably priced, government-subsidised rental flats. Tenant selection for these flats takes into account the applicant\u2019s housing need, income and assets. The selection follows the guidelines of the Resident Selection Guide from the Centre for Government-Supported Housing Construction. Resident selection is carried out continuously as flats become available, and tenants are chosen for available flats based on the criteria mentioned above, prioritising those with the greatest housing need. Unsubsidised flats do not have such restrictions.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"gutentor-accordion-wrap\"><div class=\"gutentor-single-item gutentor-single-item-2\"><div class=\"gutentor-single-item-wrap\"><div class=\"gutentor-accordion-heading\"><i class=\"gutentor-accordion-icon open-icon fas fa-plus\"><\/i><i class=\"gutentor-accordion-icon close-icon fas fa-minus\"><\/i><h3 class=\"gutentor-single-item-title\">Do <em>Porvoon Kodit<\/em>\u2019s tenancy agreements require a rental deposit?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"gutentor-accordion-body\"><p class=\"gutentor-single-item-desc\"><em>Porvoon Kodit<\/em>\u2019s contract deposit is \u20ac300 for new residents if the applicant has no payment defaults. If the tenancy agreement starts on a weekend or public holiday, keys can be picked up on the previous working day. Collecting the keys requires that the tenancy agreement has been signed and the deposit paid.
