Most of these are reasonably priced, government-subsidised rental flats. Resident selection is based on consideration of individual need, and we aim to offer flats to those applicants who need them most, prioritising households with the most urgent housing needs, lowest incomes, and least financial resources. The selection follows the guidelines of the Resident Selection Guide from the Centre for Government-Supported Housing Construction (Varke).<br><br>Resident selection is carried out continuously as flats become available, and flats are offered to those applicants with the most pressing housing needs, according to the criteria mentioned above. This also applies to those seeking to change flats. As a general rule, a flat chabge requires that the tenancy has been without issues during the past 12 months.<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"section-g-qso411x\" class=\"section-g-qso411x gutentor-element gutentor-element-advanced-text wp-block-gutentor-e1\"><div class=\"gutentor-text-wrap\"><p class=\"gutentor-text\">The current apartment will be inspected before the flat change is approved. Even if the applicant receives and accepts a housing offer, the offer remains conditional until a preliminary inspection has been carried out in the current apartment. The inspection is carried out by the property manager or by a rental advisor who conducts apartment viewings.
