Applications for Porvoon Kodit<\/em> rental flats are always submitted using a flat application form. The preferred method is the electronic form, but a paper form can be used if necessary. Please fill in your application carefully and describe your housing needs thoroughly. If you have several factors affecting your housing situation, include all of them on the application. The completed flat application should be delivered to Porvoon Kodit<\/em>\u2019s customer service.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Printable Termination Form<\/strong>
At Porvoon Kodit,<\/em> the notice period for terminating a rental agreement is always one calendar month, meaning a resident can end their contract on the last day of the following month. Termination must be performed electronically or by completing the attached form and submitting it to Porvoon Kodit<\/em>\u2019s customer service.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When One Tenant Moves Out
<\/strong>If only one party to the rental agreement moves out and the other party continues living in the flat, the departing tenant must terminate the contract for their part. Additional security for residents from AsumisPLUS<\/em> insurance<\/strong>
All residents have access to AsumisPLUS<\/em> insurance. According to the terms, the insurance covers residents\u2019 medical expenses due to personal accidents, costs caused by a lost key, and accommodation disruptions due to sudden damage. AsumisPlus <\/em>insurance is provided by Howden Finland.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
